Good Morning from Citrus County, Florida

Well, we’re in the middle of July, Florida’s hottest month, and also its wettest month.  The average high temperatures are 90-92 degrees F, and an average of 8″ of rain, which we’ve already surpassed due to Elsa.

Last summer we were in Montana, and the two years prior in Ontario, Canada.  It sure would be nice to have a brief respite.  But we’re enjoying being closer to our family and spoiling our grandkids.  Plus, we’ve had an opportunity to preach and teach most Sunday’s we’re home for the West Citrus Church in Crystal River where I will be tomorrow.

Good morning from Cedarville, Michigan

After a profitable and enjoyable time speaking for the Cornerstone Church in Dayton. Ohio, and reconnecting with so many brethren we’ve known through the years, we decided to come to Michigan’s UP for a few days of R&R

We are “roughing it” staying in a 90-year-old cabin on Lake Huron, and enjoying the beauty of God’s creation where Lake Huron and Lake Superior meet.  We are blessed.  And thank God for the opportunities He’s provided for us. Continue reading →

Good morning from Citrus County:

Well, things are heating up in Florida.  Predicted highs this week are 90 every day and lows around 70.  It would be a great time to go to Canada.  Oh, well, maybe one day.

For now, we’re looking forward to enjoying time with our family.  Taking a trip to Ohio to preach in the Cornerstone summer series, seeing old friends up North.  Maybe a mid-summer getaway.   And, of course, blogging. Continue reading →
