Weekly Recap: August 31-September 4

Greetings from Citrus County, FL

It’s good to be back this week after our annual anniversary blogging break. Thank you all for the many kind “Happy Anniversary” wishes.  We appreciate it.

During the break, I came across a Facebook story about a man who prayed and complained about his wife, saying God had changed her into a goddess.  I published it on yesterday’s Facebook Friday.  If you missed it, I recommend you read it; it has a great story with a compelling moral.  It might also be the answer to the question, “How do you stay married for 58 years?”

Tomorrow and throughout September, we will be home, and I will be preaching at the West Citrus Church in Crystal River, FL  For those who asked from time to time about accessing my sermons online, the church records all sermons, and they’re posted on our web page.

Since Monday is  Labor Day, a national holiday, we’re taking the day off.  So, we will see you next Tuesday with a new post.

Have a great day. And a wonderful Labor Day weekend.

God Bless,
Ken
