Good morning from Indian Shores Beach, Florida,
Except for tropical storm Eta, which for us was very minor, we’ve been enjoying warm weather in the ’80s, gorgeous sunsets, and delicious seafood for the week.
This afternoon we’re driving over to Orlando where I’m preaching tomorrow for the Palm Springs Dr. Church in Altamonte Springs. It’s been several years since we’ve been there, so we’re looking forward to being with these brethren again. Monday, I’m speaking at Florida College for their daily devotional period. On the 29th I will be preaching for the Skyview Church in Pinellas Park. So, in addition to writing, we’re enjoying some ministry opportunities.
In case you missed some past posts this week, here’s your opportunity to catch up. As always, I appreciate you sharing ThePreachersWord with your friends either by email or on social media. We continue to add new readers each week. Thanks to all for your continued encouragement.
God bless,
Ken

BONUS POST
8 years ago today, we were living in Lee’s Summit, MO and I was raking leaves. The experience promoted this post about how blessings bring responsibility. If you’re grumbling about raking leaves this Fall, you might enjoy this post.
