Weekly Recap: October 26-30

Greetings from Beverly Hills, FL

Yes, we’re back home after another trip to one of our favorite places, the Smoky Mountains.  We timed it right to see the leaves change daily before our eyes and watch the colors peak before we left.  It’s a visual reminder of God’s handiwork and the wonders of creation.

It’s always great to be with the brethren at Cosby Church and our good friends Olie and Mary Williamson.  We feel blessed to be able to still travel, minister in the Word, and enjoy the fellowship of special folks.

Today’s post, as is our Saturday custom, recaps the past week’s posts in case you missed one.  It’s an easy way to catch up plus share ThePreachersWord with family, friends, or brethren via email or social media.

We noted in an earlier recap the number of hits from China — that trend has continued.  So, we end the month of October with China coming in only second to the USA in the number of readers and hits.  Not just hundreds, but thousands.  Welcome China!  I hope you all keep reading and sharing ThePreachersWord with your friends.

Tomorrow, I’m preaching at our home congregation, West Citrus Church.  Did you know that November 1st is known in the religious world as “All Saints’ Day”?  So, tomorrow’s lesson at the 10:30 worship service examines what the Bible says about saints and asks the question: “Are You A Saint?”   If you’re in the area, come and join us.

Have a great day.  And a wonderful weekend.

God Bless,

Ken
