ANGER HURTS OTHERS WHEN…
…You hold on it too long (Eph. 4:26).
…You refuse to forgive (Matt. 6:14-15).
…You attack the person, not the problem (Col.3:8).
…You let it become a habit (Prov. 19:11).
…You lose control (Prov. 14:17).
…You become abusive (Eph. 4:31).
…You hurt those you love (Prov. 29:22).
…You react rather than respond (Prov. 15:18).
…You dwell on it constantly (Eccl. 7:9).
…You damage someone’s reputation (Prov. 11:9).
“For every minute you remain angry, you give up 60 seconds of peace of mind.” –Emerson
