The vernal equinox arrives today, March 19, 2024, at 11:06 PM EDT, which marks the official beginning of Spring for the Northern Hemisphere.
Each year to coincide with the equinox, is International Earth Day, founded by John McConnell in 1969 and approved by the UN General Secretary, U Thant in 1971. It’s also called Sun-Earth Day. And is not to be confused with the US Earth Day celebrated on April 22nd. Continue reading

Greetings from Beverly Hills, FL
This is sweet time in Florida. Cool mornings in the 50’s or 60’s. The highs in the 70’s or lower 80’s. We’re blessed.
Yet, regardless of the temperature, we’re blessed in so many ways. This week we had the opportunity to minister in the Word in a meeting in Trenton, FL We enjoyed wonderful fellowship. Success in any life endeavor is almost always equated with talent.
This is often true in the sports world. However, the team with the most talent doesn’t always win. In sales and marketing, less talented individuals often out perform their more talented counterparts. Some times the person with the highest IQ underperforms and others with less innate natural ability excel in their educational and academic pursuits.

Last night we concluded a meeting with the brethren in Trenton, Florida. It has been a wonderful four days of fellowship with some of the finest folks you’d ever meet.
The church is served by four spiritual shepherds, John Frazier, Kent Heaton, Billy Mikell, and Freddie Summers who are truly servant leaders. Everritt Heaton, is a dedicated young man who serves as an evangelist with a wonderful family to support him. Kent works along side Everritt in a special teaching role. Continue reading
