Weekly Recap: May 20-24

Greetings from Beverly Hills, FL

Did you see the funny typo from Thursday’s blog post?

In describing The Voice finalist, Josh Sanders, I called him a “soulful sinner,” instead of a soul singer.”  Several of you pointed out that mistake, one reader a particularly humorous way.

The irony is that I had caught the mistake and corrected it.  However, I had accidentally hit the publish tab instead of the save tab during my proofing.  So, everyone getting ThePreachersWord by email read the blog wondering “what is a “soulful sinner?”  Mistakes happen.  But I appreciate the patience of our readers who bear with me….even with typos and other errors.

Today’s post is a recap of the past week’s posts with its live links so you can catch up in case you’ve missed one.  It’s also a good way to share ThePreachersWord with a friend via email or on social media.

There is also an update on my schedule including preaching appointments in three summer lectures series, as well as our summer trip to Canada plus speaking engagements in Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, and California.  We hope to see many of our readers on these trips.

Since Monday is Memorial Day, we’re taking the day off and will not publish a new post on Monday.

Have a great day.  And a wonderful weekend.

God Bless,

Ken
