Friday’s List To Live By #67

Stop telling outlandish tales.
Stop turning minnows into whales.

This advice to children by none other than Dr. Seuss is just one of 36 Seuss-isms found in his book. “A Guide to Life for Those Just Starting Out…and for Those Already on Their Way.”

Today’s list condenses a dozen of these Seuss-isms without having to traverse the verse. To read his rhyme, we don’t have time….Oh just buy his book, if you wanna look.

A Dozen Seuss-isms for Life

  • Be true to yourself.

  • Surround yourself with good people.

  • Listen to good advice.

  • Tell the truth.

  • Respect your elders.
