Greetings from Pompano Beach, FL
We are back at the Northside church in Pompano Beach for a weekend meeting. We’re been here many times in the past, but it’s always a pleasure to return and fellowship with these fine brethren. They may be small in number, but they are strong in spirit.
Steve McAllister, along with his lovely wife Theresa, labors with this church Family. They are faithful servants and definitely embody the theme of our weekend, Love More. Give More. These brethren have been an encouragement to Norma Jean and me, so it’s an absolute pleasure to return and share in the ministry of the Word.
Of course, one side benefit is that we’re not worried about cancelling services tomorrow. Yesterday’s high was 79 degrees, with today’s predicted high the same.
To properly prepare for this sermon series this week, along with some other family obligations, we have not been publishing new blog posts. Instead, we’ve been reblogging posts from 2016. Why? Apparently, it’s a “thing” today. Some kind of cultural fad. Really. You can Google it. So, I just thought I’d join it. In case you’ve missed any, I’m reposting in today’s recap. It’s an easy way to catch up, plus share ThePreachersWord with family, friends, and brethren via email or social media.
Have a great day! And a wonderful weekend!
God Bless,
Ken
