Greetings from the Volunteer State!
Yep. Like Willie Nelson sang, “We’re on the road again.”
We’re on the way to Bowling Green, KY, where I’ll be preaching at a meeting in Butler County at the Christian Home Church. This is a special place for me. I’m returning to my spiritual roots. It’s where my Papaw and Granny Key attended church while my Mom was growing up. In fact, Mom was baptized there. Well, actually, nearby in Welch’s Creek. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to preach there on several occasions. Still, it’s always special to return—a wonderful trip down memory lane that reminds me of the importance of family, faith, and the legacy passed down to each of us from past generations.
If you’re within driving distance, we’d love to see you this week, October 12-15.
Today’s post is a recap of last week’s post in case you missed it. It’s also a good way to share ThePreachersWord with family, friends, and brethren via email or social media.
Hope you all have a great day! And a wonderful weekend!
God Bless,
Ken
