Greetings from Welland, Ontario, Canada
Recently in correspondence with a fellow preacher, I encouraged a humorous miscommunication. I mentioned where we were and abbreviated Canada as CA. He thought we were in Ontario, California. While I’m sure that Ontario, California, is a lovely place, I would rather be here.
Although, the recent heat wave affected us up here with higher than normal tempts, for the most part the weather has been a delightful change of pace from hot, humid Florida. Walks in the park, watching the ducks play in the Welland river, and eating outside by the canal in Port Colborne are all wonderful. But most enjoyable is being with our Canadian brethren again. To share in a ministry of the Word. To enjoy fellowship. And support these disciples in Kingdom activities. This is really why we’re here.
Today’s post is a recap of the past week’s posts. With its live links, it’s an easy way for you to catch in case you’ve missed one. I would especially call your attention to Tuesday’s post about The Guilt and Shame of Sin. It was very well received. If you missed it, you would profit from reading it as well as sharing it with others.
I will be preaching again Sunday at the Wellandport Church.
Hope you all have a great day and a wonderful weekend.
God Bless,
Ken

When Circumstances are Beyond our Control is a post from Welland about an event that happened 7 years ago. You will profit, as I did again, by this timely reminder and how to deal with circumstances beyond our control.
