Greetings from Cross City, Florida
Norma Jean and I came up here Thursday to preach at the Spring Warrior Church in Perry, Florida. This was the final night of their summer series. I spoke on the topic “What Does the Bible Say About Heaven and Hell. If you would like to hear, you can access it through their YouTube Channel.
We’re staying at the historic Putnam Lodge, built in 1927. It has a unique ambiance and is nice change of pace from corporate hotels. If you’re ever coming up US 19, I recommend it.
Today, we are attending Norma’s family reunion for all the cousins of the Lord family, thanks to the hospitality of Linda Lord McElory.
Sunday, we will be worshiping with the brethren at the Cherry Sink Church where we’ve preached in meetings many times over the years.
We feel blessed beyond measure to be able to travel, enjoy fellowship with brethren in many places, make new friends,, and add in some small way to the edification of the church as we minister in the Word.
