Greetings from Welland, Ontario, Canada
Before we left Florida, someone asked, “How long does it take to get to Canada?”
“How long does it take?” I responded. “”Or how long does it take us?”
We left at 6:45 AM Monday and arrived in Welland about 1 pm Friday. But we stopped along the way to “smell the roses.” To visit with dear loved ones. And to see the Ark Encounter.
Tomorrow I’m preaching at Wellandport where Mike Stephens labors both as a preacher as well as one of the pastors. Next Sunday we will be in Hamilton. Also we’re preaching in Kingston, Ontario, during this trip. As time and opportunity permits, we may add another church or two during our stay. We are particularly looking forward to teaching the adult class during the Wellandport VBS, July 14-17. We’re thankful for the health and opportunity to minister in the Word to our Canadian brethren. Also as a side benefit, it’s good to spend part of the summer away from Florida’s oppressive heat and enjoy the Canadian weather. Eh?
Today’s post is a recap of the past week’s posts, in case you missed one. With its live links, it’s an easy way to catch up.
Have a great day. And a wonderful weekend.
God Bless,
Ken
