Weekly Recap: March 25-29

Greetings From Beverly Hills, FL

This has been an interesting week.  We’ve struggled a bit to post every day in a timely fashion.  However, with a little help we made it.  Thanks for your patience.  And support.

Also, in the past 24+ hours an old column, “It’s Friday.  But Sunday’s Coming!” has received an inordinate number of hits.  In fact, yesterday was our biggest number of both hits and readers views of 2024. So, if you’re not familiar with these posts,  I’m attaching a link to those columns, including the one that’s the most frequently read. Continue reading

“I wish I was a better Christian,” is a refrain I’ve often heard from fellow Christians.”

Sometimes, it goes like this. “I want to be a better Christian.”

An Odor of Mendacity

The other day I came across a column by conservative writer Cal Thomas simply entitled “Mendacity.” What’s that I wondered?

Quickly I learned he was referencing the decision by Judge Scott McAfee in the case regarding Fulton County, Georgia’s District Attorney Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade. Continue reading
